On the evening of September 22, 2024, Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister Mr. Masrour Barzani visited the White Village project located in the heart of New Zakho. He was warmly received by Mr. Ibrahim Shingaly, the owner of Rast Group of Companies, along with senior staff and dignitaries.
This visit signifies the government’s recognition of White Village as one of the region’s landmark development projects — a modern urban space integrating residential, commercial, and recreational components.
